FIAT Group Automobiles India Pvt. Ltd has announced its association with Jaipur Foot to support the cause of artificial limbs for differently-abled people. Fiat India has pledged to support Jaipur Foot by sponsoring limbs to mobilise the life of the needy and the association is in accordance to the milestone achievement of 100 dealerships. Fiat India achieved 100 dealerships in a span of one year. Fiat India now has its presence in 22 states and over 80 cities to fulfil its customer expectations.
Fiat has strengthened its presence in India by opening 41 dealerships in Northern region followed by Southern, Western and Eastern with 29, 22 and 8 dealerships respectively. FIAT India is looking at expanding its dealer’s network by 150, in 2014 and the increasing number will speak about its commitment to the Indian market.
Commenting on this association, Nagesh Basavanhalli, President and Managing Director of Fiat Chrysler India Operations said, “At Fiat India our constant endeavor is to provide world class technology which can add value to an individual’s life. Our association with Jaipur Foot is also on the same line of empowering differently abled people by providing artificial limbs.”
